Order Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if they have not been dispatched.

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• Refunds for eligible orders are processed back to the original payment method (via PayPal) within 5–10 business days, following our Return and Refund Policy.

Currency & Taxes

• All prices on charnockgardenservices.shop are displayed in British Pounds (GBP).

• Prices include applicable UK taxes (VAT, where required).
